When we started working on this boy’s room we jumped at the task of creating a rocker retreat for a toddler that loved guitars and that would grow with him through his teen years. This room strikes the perfect balance between preppy and edgy. We added wainscotting throughout to give the room some dimension and painted the rest of the room in a deep navy blue. Bright orange accents in the picture frames, lighting and storage bench provide a playful balance to the navy walls and sofa. A Fender guitar hangs on one wall, oversized photographs of guitars, and framed vintage records really bring this theme to life!
